Cozy room with a large TV and a fancy brew-making machine. Appreciated the sizeable and comfy bed during a short stay.
The bathroom door had issues, getting stuck halfway, and hot water pressure was low on the top floor. The shower lacked power, and the dripping toilet was bothersome. parking was also a hassle due to limited spaces across the road, especially during school pick-up times.

The shower in my room was on the small side, which might not be comfortable for taller folks. Parking was a bit tricky to navigate. I had to circle around a few times to find a spot, especially during busy hours. I also noticed minor plumbing issues like a dripping toilet, which was a tad annoying at night. Some areas felt a bit dated in terms of decor, detracting from the overall vibe. A bit of noise from the breakfast area could be heard in the room during morning hours, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.

A warm welcome from the hosts set a positive tone, while the breakfast offerings, particularly the French toast, were delightful. The clean and well-decorated room ensured a pleasant stay. the ground floor room had limited natural light due to a brick wall view, which felt a bit dark at times. The shower could also use a bit more pressure for a better experience.

Had an awesome time with friends. The location was perfect, just a short walk to attractions. Breakfast was a standout. the poached eggs were delicious. Richard and Sue made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed, including a great coffee machine in our room. Highly recommend visiting the local theatres and the charming riverside.
The only downside was that our room didn’t have the best water pressure, which took a bit of getting used to in the mornings.

Cozy spot with lovely hosts
Had the best stay here! Sue and Richard are super friendly and really made us feel at home. The room was cozy with a massive comfy bed. Breakfast was cooked just for us, and the homemade bread was yummy. Parking can be a bit tricky, but Richard helped us find a spot, so no stress!

decent place but not without quirks
The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring homemade bread that was a delight! ! The owners were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us with local recommendations. The room felt spacious and comfortable, especially with that large king bed, which I truly enjoyed after our long walks. The view from my window, looking out at the quaint streets, added charm to my morning routine.
The shower size was a bit cramped for someone my height.

Had a wonderful time relaxing here with a peaceful atmosphere and a lovely coffee machine in the room. Enjoyed the cozy garden area and the spacious lounge, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only minor hiccup was the limited view from our room, but it didn't take away from the overall charm! ☕
